yes, it is a lot like the books. the things that aren't may be cause of how much it takes to make a movie in both the money and the time and effort put into moives. and no movie is exactly like a book(s) which i think makes them both more unique. (I'm studying to do something in film after college.)

I am glad everyone is enjoying it, I am watching Star Trek Reruns on DVD because we don't get anything other ABC,CBS, NBC, PBS and Fox.

I noticed something. When Nan was playing with her dolls the little tea set she was using was the same as the one for the felicity dolls!

The riding habit looks lovely (even though she didn't own it yet, and it would be really HOT for the summer) but why oh why is she riding like a boy? I realize she did this when she was training Penny, but there is no way she would do that in front of her grandfather... who she tries to act proper for.

The hat falling setting on her back is a nice touch.

Love the tea dress.

I think she was too excited to remember to ride side saddle when she saw Penny again. Now I want a colonial dress! I could match Felicity with the hair- except that I am older and have glasses...
